Expressive art therapy sessions are offered by Camila Vargas, R.S.W. They are intended for children ages 5-12, and adults.

Kristen has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years in both Saskatchewan and Alberta, but she has spent the last 8 years working in a clinical counselling role with the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Kristen believes that each individuals experience is unique, and every person has the ability to make lasting change when provided the right environment and opportunity. While rooted in humanistic therapy, Kristen utilizes an integrative and holistic approach when working with clients. Alexis is a small-town Saskatchewan girl. She is a Social Worker with Registered Saskatchewan and Canadian designations. She has worked in Social Work since 2004. Alexis has a strong connection working with children, youth, adults, seniors; and over the past several years specializing in services coaching other professionals and leading professional teams. She was drawn to areas of healing, identification, connection and positive acceptance. This led her to specialize and become an accredited Therapist in 8 different therapy modalities. This allows her a vast toolbox of experience and technique to share with you.

Marcia is a Certified Counsellor who also holds a Masters of Educational Psychology/Counselling, as well as a Bachelor of Education Degree, with a specialty in Special Education. She has worked as a Middle years/Jr. high teacher for 25 years and continues to do so. Her counselling experience ranges from middle years kids to teens, as well as young adults and adults.

As a therapist, Marcia’s style is down to earth, strength-based, collaborative and non-judgmental. She adheres to empowering clients through inclusivity, through trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapies. Her goal is to offer a warm, welcoming environment in which clients can feel safe and work towards self-compassion and resilience.

Caitlin was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Caitlin completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2016 and has over 8 years experience working with children, youth, parents and families. She is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers.

Caitlin is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Social Work through the University of Calgary with a clinical specialization. Camila was born in Colombia and has been in Regina since she was 12 years old. She is a registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers who completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2015. Throughout her practice, she has had the opportunity to work with children, youth, adults as well as with seniors whom might have also been impacted directly/indirectly by addictions and/or mental health. Riley is an LGBTQIA2+ affirming, culturally-responsive counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with children and youth in a variety roles and community settings.

For the last 10 years she has worked as a classroom arts education teacher. Most recently she completed a practicum placement at a community agency in Regina, Saskatchewan where she provided counselling services to diverse clients ranging in age from childhood through late adulthood. Her therapeutic approach is based on the fundamental belief that people acquire skills through lived experiences that can be used to navigate life’s challenges and can also learn new skills to help manage challenges more effectively.
