Kristen believes that each individuals experience is unique, and every person has the ability to make lasting change when provided the right environment and opportunity. While rooted in humanistic therapy, Kristen utilizes an integrative and holistic approach when working with clients. Caitlin was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Caitlin completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2016 and has over 8 years experience working with children, youth, parents and families. She is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers.
Caitlin recently completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work through the University of Calgary with a clinical specialization. Maureen has been working with children and teenagers as a Registered Psychologist for over 13 years. Her main therapeutic modality includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); she understands the importance of building a trusting and supportive relationship with clients. Camila was born in Colombia and has been in Regina since she was 12 years old. She is a registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers who completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2015. Throughout her practice, she has had the opportunity to work with children, youth, adults as well as with seniors whom might have also been impacted directly/indirectly by addictions and/or mental health. Riley is an LGBTQIA2+ affirming, culturally-responsive counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with children and youth in a variety roles and community settings.
For the last 10 years she has worked as a classroom arts education teacher. Most recently she completed a practicum placement at a community agency in Regina, Saskatchewan where she provided counselling services to diverse clients ranging in age from childhood through late adulthood.
